• We make every effort to deliver a perfect product to you. Puur in Pastel recommends checking the delivered items immediately upon receipt. Should the ordered items not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to inform us by email. Puur in Pastel will always try to resolve any problems or complaints as best as possible in consultation with you.

• Unfortunately, a Puur in Pastel product with a self-supplied photo/text cannot be returned, as it is a custom-made product.

• You have the right to return the items delivered by Puur in Pastel within 14 days of receipt. During the 14-day cooling-off period, you must handle the items and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.

• The cooling-off period begins as soon as you receive the products. • The items can be returned in the original packaging after the 14-day inspection period, accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice.

• If the products are unused and undamaged and have been returned timely and correctly, Puur in Pastel will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to your account within 1 week.

• You must notify us of the return shipment in advance via email using a withdrawal form, stating the reason why you are not satisfied. We will then confirm the return shipment, after which you can return the items.

• The shipping costs for the returned items are the responsibility of the buyer (this is determined by law; the costs depend on which shipping company the customer uses).

When exchanging an item, the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment are at the buyer's expense!

Exchange
Please use the return procedure on our website for this. You will then receive a refund of the purchase amount of the product to be exchanged. The order for the new product counts as a new order; shipping costs will be charged again. Withdrawal Form

If free shipping applied to an order exceeding €50.00 and items are returned, resulting in the new order total being less than €50.00, shipping costs will still be charged. These shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
